Mental Health Counseling is a process by which the therapist and client work together to help improve their quality of life as it relates to healing, personal and spiritual growth, and development. Everyone at some point in time has challenges in their life and needs help dealing with those challenges by sharing their thoughts and feelings in a private, comfortable setting that will ultimately help them to improve their quality of life. My goals are to help clients be the best version of themselves.
